New Al Alamein is a recently developed city on Egypt's northwestern Mediterranean coast, inaugurated in 2018 and envisioned as a "fourth-generation" city focused on tourism, education, and modern living. It aims to become a major summer and tourist capital.

It features luxury resorts, high-rise residential and commercial towers, universities, cultural centers, and government buildings, while offering an alternative to crowded Cairo.

It is designed for year-round living, not just summer, with around fifteen towers, three universities, roughly 10,000 hotel rooms, a 14-km corniche, and its own international airport, all powered with sustainable desalination and solar systems.
